Coffee Cake Recipe

   have you had a tea cake no if you had a coffee cake I've had high tea, yeah I think it goes with coffee it goes with tea automatically so by the end of the article we'll figure this out, you guys? alright less talking more baking what do we do here it's doing it the first thing we want to start with the eggs babe, okay we have three whole eggs here in two egg whites correct pasteurized of course that's rice look how yellow they are they're so beautiful and to that, we're gonna add a cup of coconut sugar I love coconut sugar because it adds these like pretty nice caramel flavor to anything you put it in it's like nutty and caramel and yeah I love it that's what makes it paleo a coconut sugar correct I'm using refined white sugar aka the other and also you know sir science here yes it's lower on the glycemic is it low glycemic sugar so I won't spike your blood sugars I no one's ever called me mister science I thank you that's it ha I've usually mistered idiot and I'll take that one they're gonna beat that until it's light and airy alright light and fluffy and then we'll have a little bit of know why I don't boil every one the caramel sauce boiled over just a smidge but this is why Jeffrey's the territory is the bacon so that's the texture you want light and bubbly wrath I think bubbly you wanna make sure the sugar is completely melted we add a teaspoon of vanilla paste. we have 3/4 of a cup here extra virgin coconut oil, of course, yes I think but the best for Destin alright so when laymen like me are baking I like to divide things into teams this is the wet team wet team is done I'm gonna push this aside and then desk I'll get started on the dry team alright continue alright dry team, we started with 2 cups of almond flour you want to use blanched almond flour 1/2 a cup of arrowroot starch or tapioca starch either one works and that's what keeps our recipe paleo and gluten-free which is fantastic looking Frank alright and now we have to put some sort of a baking powder right correct but typically baking powders have cornstarch in them and using that one maker recipe paleo so in order to keep it paleo we can just use baking soda and cream of tartar which makes up a paleo baking powder eco we need 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 2 spoons 2 teaspoons of cream of tartar but if you want to be lazy just use baking powder that's fine you want to be lazy it's so little corn yes in there okay and actually there are a lot of Paleo recipes out there that just say baking powder I've seen that someone didn't do their homework they did that see your homework I thought that spices right whiskey oh yes spices so the spice is very important this cake so much full flip it's so full of flavor because there are so many spices in there we have two teaspoons of cinnamon 1/2 a teaspoon of nutmeg and half a teaspoon of cloves
