Leg Workout for a Bigger Booty

   What's going on everyone this is wiviral come back with another female Friday and today I'm gonna show you the best workout for building a bigger booty. All right so like I said today's article I'm gonna be going through a leg workout where we're gonna be putting a ton of emphasis on the glutes because I know from having tons of email ladies are always looking to lift and sculpt their booties and so this is gonna be a the perfect workout just for that another thing that our female the love I mean really all of our females is also toning their legs and toning their booty just toning their entire body and if you are looking to do that obviously you have to focus on fat burning and lowering your body fat percentage and a real easy way to do that is by using our 24-hour fat burner supplement it's got two patented technologies that prove its effectiveness for increasing what's called your resting energy expenditure which is how many calories you burn without working out so basically you're cranking up your metabolism and you're burning more calories without doing more workouts and it's got studies proving all of this and we get clients who love it testimonials all the time but getting into this workout like I said this is going to be a leg workout where we're gonna be putting extra emphasis on the glutes and so it's going to be five different exercises and first off we're going to be starting with possibly the best glute building the exercise which is hip thrusts

  and so here what you're gonna do is you're gonna get down on the ground you're gonna have a bar across your lap if you want something that usually helps because it can be a little painful with that bar right on your hip bone is put one of those pads on the bar and then puts that on your lap if you don't have a pad you can layer a couple of towels there just a little bit of padding is gonna go a long way because the bar is obviously super hard but then you're gonna load up the weight whatever the weight you can handle for 10 reps so if we're going a little bit heavier here later on, in the workout, we're gonna bump up the reps a little bit but right now we really want to focus on using the strength because your glutes are the biggest muscles in your body so we want to make sure we're really overloading the muscle here so that we can build it and we're gonna focus on really exhausting the muscle later so that we can lift it and and sculpt it as much as possible so here we're gonna be going for a set of 10 with this, you really want to focus on not having your butt sticking out you really want to tuck your butt under and then push through your heels and squeeze all the way up with your gluts dropping back down not letting your butt rest on the ground may be just tapping the ground and then going right back into the next one 10 clean reps you're gonna rest for a minute you're gonna get right back into it and you can do that for three more sets so four sets total of the hip thrusts and then we're gonna get into the second exercise which is sumo squats

  so sumo squats are a slightly different variation from a regular squat and basically, the main difference is that your feet are going to be like in a sumo wrestlers position so they're gonna be a lot wider your toes are gonna be a lot more pointed outward and then you really want to focus on keeping the weight on your heels you don't want the weight to go up in your toes it's very easy to allow that to happen and then basically, you're going to also not be able to go down as far and as you have your legs wider you're gonna get a lot better contraction of your glutes also your hamstrings but you're also going to get be working your quads so you're going to be working all the different muscle groups in your legs but this is also going to put some extra emphasis on your glutes which is what we're trying to do here and it's just a good variation to switch to every now and then if your body is used to squats so I like sumo squats for multiple different reasons so here we're actually going to bump up the rep range a little bit we're not going super heavy I don't usually like going super heavy on squats I got a bad back if you got lower back problems going light here is gonna be a lot safer as well for you so load up with what other whatever weight you can go for 15 reps so it's going to be a a little bit lighter because we're going with that higher rep range but you do want to make sure that you are failing like that 15 is about the maximum amount of reps that you could have done with the weight that you choose so 15 reps you're dropping down you want your thighs to be about parallel to the ground maybe just past parallel so your butts dropping a little bit lower than that and really focus on driving through your heels squeeze up at the top and going back into the next one so 15 slow clean reps here then you're gonna rest for a minute repeat that three more times for four sets total

Coffee Cake Recipe

   have you had a tea cake no if you had a coffee cake I've had high tea, yeah I think it goes with coffee it goes with tea automatically so by the end of the article we'll figure this out, you guys? alright less talking more baking what do we do here it's doing it the first thing we want to start with the eggs babe, okay we have three whole eggs here in two egg whites correct pasteurized of course that's rice look how yellow they are they're so beautiful and to that, we're gonna add a cup of coconut sugar I love coconut sugar because it adds these like pretty nice caramel flavor to anything you put it in it's like nutty and caramel and yeah I love it that's what makes it paleo a coconut sugar correct I'm using refined white sugar aka the other and also you know sir science here yes it's lower on the glycemic is it low glycemic sugar so I won't spike your blood sugars I no one's ever called me mister science I thank you that's it ha I've usually mistered idiot and I'll take that one they're gonna beat that until it's light and airy alright light and fluffy and then we'll have a little bit of know why I don't boil every one the caramel sauce boiled over just a smidge but this is why Jeffrey's the territory is the bacon so that's the texture you want light and bubbly wrath I think bubbly you wanna make sure the sugar is completely melted we add a teaspoon of vanilla paste. we have 3/4 of a cup here extra virgin coconut oil, of course, yes I think but the best for Destin alright so when laymen like me are baking I like to divide things into teams this is the wet team wet team is done I'm gonna push this aside and then desk I'll get started on the dry team alright continue alright dry team, we started with 2 cups of almond flour you want to use blanched almond flour 1/2 a cup of arrowroot starch or tapioca starch either one works and that's what keeps our recipe paleo and gluten-free which is fantastic looking Frank alright and now we have to put some sort of a baking powder right correct but typically baking powders have cornstarch in them and using that one maker recipe paleo so in order to keep it paleo we can just use baking soda and cream of tartar which makes up a paleo baking powder eco we need 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 2 spoons 2 teaspoons of cream of tartar but if you want to be lazy just use baking powder that's fine you want to be lazy it's so little corn yes in there okay and actually there are a lot of Paleo recipes out there that just say baking powder I've seen that someone didn't do their homework they did that see your homework I thought that spices right whiskey oh yes spices so the spice is very important this cake so much full flip it's so full of flavor because there are so many spices in there we have two teaspoons of cinnamon 1/2 a teaspoon of nutmeg and half a teaspoon of cloves

Very funny "PetsTalk Holidays"

what do the holidays make me think of oh, I know tinsel what she's gonna get embarrassed now it's okay hon it's not going on the internet so last Christmas the genius here eats a piece of it fast-forward24 hours she's got four inches of it hanging right out of her it's like the corn kernel of Christmas decorations went right through her so she's walking around and she looks like one of those pull-string confetti poppers and I said honey I love you but I'm not pulling that out I mean at the end of course I did and by the way that's the definition of love when I guess I'm most thankful for her it's hard to love something that much painful like actually painful like this what's happening right now feels like fast
acupuncture Oh more like I'm getting a very slow tattoo I've just random bloody dots I grab the mouse I let it go I grab it again and again and again and that's what I do but I always felt judged that

I messed with its head before I kill it but check this out they decapitate a tree right and then they keep it alive with sugar water then they put all kinds of crap on it right to weigh it down and humiliate it and then here's the kicker they put wrap boxes all around it you know what they're made out of cardboard and paper dead trees and they keep it alive like this for like a month before they toss it on the street I mean it's so hardcore so yeah no I mean I totally get the Christmas spirit seriously you're gonna do this right now during the interview, I'm sorry he's a bit of a Humber sure it gets a little
awkward at the holiday parties I lean over to get an hors d'oeuvre and suddenly my head's bobbing like I'm skiing moguls but that's what holiday parties are a chance to come together and see that everyone can be an idiot don't take it from me but yeah most cats that we're on the NIP all through the holidays that's how we make it through just a blur of colorful lights and then you wake up in the new year plus now it's legal are you seeing this it's like suddenly there's just lots of ants.
But like superhero hands paranoid no I'm not paranoid why are you paranoid I feel like I'm moving my head a lot like more than normal but like if I stop thinking about it I might not move my head at all what are we talking about oh yeah holidays, yeah I mean it's like a bird sorry question how long has it been since I blinked I mean at first it feels like the whole world's trying to pet you and let's not talk about the dreams, yes I dreamt that I coughed up a hairball right that looked like Santa Claus and
it stood up and walked around me and climbed into my butt and then I coughed it up again and it went around and around like that like I was a ride in a water park listen in the holidays you see these once a year friends like the neighbors Pekinese you know and they mean well Oh what are you been up to so you condense a year of life into like three sentences and then you're like oh crap is that really it and of course it's not I mean all the small things don't make it into that story how you figured out
how to jump on top of the living room bookshelf or in the middle of the night when you jump on the bed and feel your person's warmth like there's a little furnace inside of them it's like the tree all the ornaments of your life can be small but if you can step back and look at them all together they can be
quite dazzling and by the way dazzling is a very weird word.

what's going on guys. Today I'm gonna show you 12 of the best shoulder exercises for and getting some bigger shoulders like I said today I'm gonna run.
you through a bunch of different exercises that are gonna be great for building up your shoulders and these are gonna be different exercises with presses with raises with rear delt type stuff so it's gonna be hitting all areas of your shoulder depending on what exercise it is obvious, so if you're going to use these exercises to build a workout make sure you're not doing a bunch of rear delt exercises and nothing else make also make sure you're not doing all of these you only want to pick three maybe four or five tops of these exercises and then do three or four sets of each of those to create a shoulder workout doing all 12 is just going to be overtraining and you want to avoid that now before I get into it I will say the most overlooked aspect of working out is
actually post-workout nutrition, and making sure that you're allowing your body to recover from your workouts you can go crush this next shoulder workout
with all the perfect shoulder exercises but if you're not letting your muscles
recover optimally then you're gonna be wasting your time in the gym and this is
why I take a post-workout supplement.

Look we all want to be that guy that's, different especially with social media nowadays either you have hundreds of guys that just look like drones we're always looking for ways to stand out or
maybe you just want to be the stylish a friend from the group the guy that everybody looks up to when it comes to style advice whether you're looking to be that or just to stand out.
Today I'm gonna give you what you're looking for because I'm gonna give you six go-to outfits these are outfits that every man should have in their wardrobe you should have something similar to this and if you don't act on it in this blog because these outfits are gonna help you stand out from the crowd to look better than other dudes and more importantly look better than your friend that that
makes you desirable.

So if that sounds interesting let's hop into number 1, and outfit with red and black see these two colors.  their power colors that when they're combined perfectly they create a perfect harmony that's attractive and impossible to ignore or resist and here's why you see red is
a color that signifies passion love and power black is seen as a mysterious dark, and more like edgy and bad and now you have an outfit that anyone's gonna notice, and it's gonna instantly separate

Number 2, I call this one the artistic fit I call this artistic fit because of the fact that you're able to make so many colors silhouette shapes and fabric is an outfit that's gonna look so well artistic that's gonna be hard to recreate and it's going to set you apart from the crowd, you have a flowy colorful a shirt that's unbound severely to show some contrasts of skin usually it's not to be a vacation trip but you combined it with jewelry to let others know that you're not gonna be sunbathing anytime soon the glasses well they're round squared-off or anything too symmetrical

Number 3 I call this one the casual fit sometimes you got to show the rest of the guys that you can look better playing they're the game just with different rules most guys.
well this is where they live in the casual area so for you to look better and playing with their own game you want to use the same pieces the pieces that are gonna make you feel comfortable
not necessarily stand out but you want using under different rules you want to combine different colors you want to make sure that fits always on point, and that is what's gonna make you stand
outside from the crowd so here you get a super classic and casual outfit that it's not above and beyond in any way shape or form but since it fits so right, the colors are right and you combine them perfectly you're beating them at their own game.

Number 5 you want to get technical you see sometimes you gotta hit your friends and other guys
with the TKO a technical knockout a knock-up that just completely stops the fight because let's be honest who can compete with you especially when you're rocking technical we're so good so far
this outfit you're gonna want to pick up a rain jacket a bomber or a pretty tracksuit like this one whatever it is it needs to have some sort of tech built into it whether that's performing-enhancing material wind resistance or a a high-tech reflective garment that is gonna make you stand out from the boring-ass crowd that is still wearing those neon Nike swoosh signs across their chest.

Finally number 6 boys I call this one the dark outfit this is the outfit where you decide to remove all sort of color and show them that just with pure fit and know-how of style you can look good
using neutral colors or basically, no the color at all go for monochromatic whether it's all dark Navy or black or dark Gray's you could pull out a dark the outfit that any guy sees you they're gonna instantly want to be you emulate you because you just look so damn cool and girls are gonna be drooling over you the cool thing with all dark outfits you can do them both dressy and casual.

     Hey. Today I'm gonna make this low-carb hemp heart pumpkin spiced oatmeal which is perfect
for the fall weather .pumpkin spice fanatic you need to get your fix this is an all-natural way to
do it with low carb hemp parts that are nutrient-dense cooked in coconut milk, and water with a little bit of coconut cream 100% dairy-free tons of flavor okay you guys this recipe is super simple which I'm very happy about the cooking liquid is gonna be three-quarters of a cup of water and three
quarters of a cup of full-fat coconut milk so let me add that to the measuring the cup that's a cup and a half total of liquid and I'll add that to the pot so we have cinnamon.
we have ground cloves we have allspice. we have a nutmeg we have ginger and this is a Bobby edition a little bit of cardamom these are essential I think fall flavors to get pumpkin spice in
your breakfast cereal and the bad news is if you go to the grocery store and, you get your favorite pumpkin spice.
whatever man was a Trader Joe's the other day they have pumpkin spice everything the problem is using natural flavors including in your beloved pumpkin spice coffee beans so you really got to go original make your own because of those once at the grocery store including Starbucks not so good.
so I'm gonna measure in here a half a teaspoon of cinnamon 1/8 of a teaspoon of ground
ginger just under an eighth of a teaspoon of ground cloves what stuff is strong just under 1/8 a teaspoon of ground cardamom and then grate in some fresh nutmeg here it's always nice to do it
yourself that way it's very fresh and aromatic and then is check it out, I have allspice berries the dried ones but I don't have the powder so I'm gonna hack this.I'm gonna grate my own fresh allspice I
think this could be a first on cooking the risk of getting your fingers is high but hey at least it's fresh feel like I'm on an episode of narcos here in Escobar's lab add that to the milk and water,and then I'm gonna wait for that to come to a simmer and we'll throw in the star of the show hemp arts listen if you love chia seeds like we do here you're gonna love hemp parts because they're also low carb and all the properties this has in terms of nutrients and parts have more like says on the back of the box where I don't have to be a genius it says twice more protein 70% more iron Popeye the sailorman 25% more omegas this is where it's at it is pricey but if you go to Costco best price ever Costco chia seeds and fast price ever so, I'm gonna add a half a cup.

Oh, don't even have to wait to check it out art usually a watched pot never boils.
I'll measure a half a cup and the cool the thing about hemp hearts you guys is that you don't have to cook them you can eat them raw cuz they're soft almost oily and chewy but when I cook them for 25
minutes they're gonna get creamy just like oatmeal so add that to the liquid along with a tiny pinch of unrefined salt and whisk it up alright how do we keep this Kido but sweeten it right if I wasn't doing Kido and I was doing paleo maple syrup would be gangbusters honey would be great but I'm gonna use 1/3 sweetener once again yes this is a ginormous bag I got it at the Costco the one in Chicago like I talked about the other week that finally has the big bag but they do make a keto maple syrup the
problem is every brand I found has natural maple flavoring if you don't mind Matt and be great for this I do mind it so I'm gonna add about two tablespoons of just monk fruit sweetener.
and it's gonna be great all right I'm gonna reduce that to a simmer if it gets a little too thick to
splash some more cooking liquid in now because we know each other so well right now you're thinking well Bobby what if I'm allergic to coconut milk any milk is gonna work cow's milk almond milk any non-dairy work is not non-dairy milk is fine.

I have my friends 35 minutes on the dot that is the consistency you want to check that out are you got nice, and thick and super creamy just like oats would not make it even creamier, I'm gonna add a couple tablespoons of coconut cream so a couple of things I thought about wow this was cooking if
you wanted to do overnight ham part oatmeal because 35 minutes is a bit of a time to wait in the morning soak half a cup of the hemp parts with 2/3 of a cup of the liquid then just heat it up the next morning it'll be perfect better yet meal prep this multiply the recipe times four or five have this all
week-long that's fantastic and then let's pour it in my serving bowl here.

we talked about toddler superfoods hemp parts cooked in coconut milk with none of the spices rights would be perfect for her because it's rich in fat the coconut milk has lauric acid and good saturated fat and the hand parts with the iron Oh strong like a bull right you can even use chopped pecans
top it off with some unsweetened shredded coconut flakes you'll be good
